Have you ever thought of an event where you created a positive impact whether in school, working place, or in your community? Youth leadership is empowering the future.

When we will have the world get to look at our youth, beyond our years, and our ideas are keenly listened to and acted upon, the world will change. Society caged youth as just kids, not cable of handling situations simply because they are not experienced. Once they are pushed away, they doubt their own wisdom, and what they all think of is fear. Don’t forget they are growing fast and become mothers and fathers someday. Their kids should focus on their niche; what they love doing 

Youths are ripe and they generate fresh ideas and have great wisdom. Many haven’t recognized their specialty because no one presents them. There is a poor representation of youth in the community today. No one is looking at them as leaders of tomorrow who can bring change to the world. They go to school to get power, to support their dreams, and eventually solve problems. I believe everyone is a leader and a leader is expected to have a vision, to be creative, innovative, and to solve problems. Youths are blessed with all these skills and if they are given the priority they will lead, unify and motivate others.

Leadership is a channel of thought. How we nurture kids from the moment they step into this world matters. The wise say “charity begins at home”. Children should be taught to be responsible, to be organized, how to manage their time, and the importance of working as a team, etc.  Empowering them is investing in the future. And youth leadership is changing things.

Society views youth as rebellious and violent creatures when really we have a different perspective which is not given enough importance. Age is just a restriction which the society has confined us into. Up to date, we have not obtained enough representation and we are the majority in the world today. If our views and ideas are considered, the world will take strides into the future. Everyone has his own footprints and impact on the world so find what you love doing. Be the best version of yourself.

Society should identify and cultivate responsible leaders. They are educated, equipped, and inspired to create a long-lasting value. That they are supposed to be respected and given equal opportunities as everyone else. Focus on developing a certain soft skill and work on it. When you are young you dream; you have sleepless nights because you’re focused on your dream. We get out there, share our dreams, and get supported. As we out there we move with the determination that yes we can do it.

Let us shift our focus to youth by giving them enough support through empowerment programs so that youths can identify themselves and become their best version. Remember self-awareness is the essence of leadership. They are crazy in knowledge and with creative ideas that will positively impact the world and especially those around them. They are role models that the community can look upon. The world should involve the youth when making decisions and ensure their views are taken. Because youth in leadership is taking the world into the future.

In conclusion, Young people are the treasures of today. The have fresh ideas never been discovered yet. Liberating the youth is changing the world.
